The Yamada NDP-500BSE is an industrial-grade 2-inch air operated diaphragm pump designed for high-volume fluid handling across broad pH ranges and elevated temperature processes. Equipped with standard 2-inch ANSI flange connections for rigid, leak-free integration into process lines, this heavy-duty pump pairs a 316 stainless steel housing with premium EPDM diaphragms to deliver superior resistance to hot water, steam, ketones, and caustic washing solutions.

Powered by Yamada’s patented, oil-free C-Spool air-valve technology, this reliable Yamada AODD unit ensures non-lubricated, stall-free operation in continuous duty applications. Engineered to achieve flow rates up to 226 GPM while passing suspended solids up to 5/16”, the NDP-500BSE flanged AODD pump offers a seal-less, explosion-proof liquid handling solution for wastewater treatment, CIP (clean-in-place) sanitation systems, alkali chemical transfer, and industrial washdown lines.
