The Yamada NDP-500BSV-NPT is a high-performance 2-inch air operated diaphragm pump designed for heavy-duty fluid transfer involving oils, fuels, and aggressive hydrocarbons. Featuring standard female NPT threaded connections for direct, leak-free pipe integration, this pump combines a 316 stainless steel casing with specialized FKM (Viton) diaphragms to deliver maximum thermal stability and chemical resistance across demanding process lines.

Driven by Yamada’s patented, oil-free C-Spool air-valve mechanism, this reliable Yamada AODD unit ensures stall-free operation without requiring air line lubrication. Capable of delivering high-volume flow rates up to 226 GPM while passing suspended solids up to 5/16”, this AODD pump offers a seal-less, explosion-proof liquid handling solution for petrochemical processing, fuel transfer, oil refining, and industrial wastewater treatment.
