The Yamada NDP-500BSW is a high-performance 2-inch air operated diaphragm pump engineered for large-scale fluid transfer, equipped with standard 2-inch ANSI flange connections for rigid, leak-proof integration into industrial piping networks. Constructed with a robust 316 stainless steel housing and long-lasting PTFE/EPDM composite diaphragms, this heavy-duty Yamada AODD unit delivers maximum chemical resistance, high structural integrity, and superior dynamic sealing under continuous duty.
Powered by Yamada’s patented, oil-free C-Spool air-valve technology, this reliable AODD pump guarantees stall-free operation without requiring regular air motor lubrication. Delivering maximum flow rates up to 226 GPM while handling suspended solids up to 5/16”, the NDP-500BSW flanged pump is a seal-less liquid handling solution for chemical processing, wastewater management, and abrasive slurry applications.
