The Yamada NDP-50BPT-PP is an advanced, non-metallic 2-inch air operated diaphragm pump engineered for high-volume handling of concentrated acids, aggressive reagents, and highly corrosive solvents. Constructed with a chemical-resistant Polypropylene liquid casing and chemically inert solid PTFE (Teflon) diaphragms, this heavy-duty pump ensures zero fluid contamination and maximum resistance to aggressive chemical attack. The integrated Polypropylene air motor (-PP) provides complete non-metallic protection, preventing atmospheric air-end corrosion and premature failure caused by ambient acid fumes, chemical vapors, and harsh washdowns.

Driven by Yamada’s patented, oil-free C-Spool air-valve technology, this non-metallic Yamada AODD unit delivers non-lubricated, stall-free operation across continuous processing cycles. Capable of output flow rates up to 140 GPM while passing suspended solids up to 5/16”, the NDP-50BPT-PP AODD pump offers a seal-less, leak-proof, and fully chemical-resistant fluid transfer solution for semiconductor wet benches, chemical etching lines, plating bath recirculation, and hazardous chemical processing.

Yamada Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps

Engineered for High Performance. Manufactured to Last.

  • Leak-Free Bolted Construction: Built for heavy-duty reliability, Yamada’s bolted design ensures precise alignment and effortless reassembly—eliminating the leaks and tedious rebuilds common with clamp-band retainers.
  • Externally Accessible Air Valve: Perform quick inspections or routine maintenance directly in-line, without taking the pump out of service.
  • Unified Valve Architecture: Standardized air valve assemblies across pump models reduce part confusion and lower inventory overhead.
  • Maintenance-Free Pilot Valve: Yamada’s unique modular pilot valve uses an inner center-disk mechanism to trigger valve shifting with zero hassle. Free of dynamic O-rings or awkward snap rings, it requires no routine repairs.
