The Yamada NDP-50BSE-FDA is an FDA-compliant 2-inch air operated diaphragm pump engineered for high-volume transfer of hot food juices, dairy solutions, liquid sugars, and alkaline sanitation washdowns. Built with a polished 316 Stainless Steel fluid casing and flexible, food-grade EPDM diaphragms, this sanitary unit meets FDA 21 CFR 177 requirements for indirect food contact, offering outstanding resistance to elevated temperatures, steam sterilization, and caustic cleaning agents.

Driven by Yamada’s patented, oil-free C-Spool air-valve technology, this high-purity Yamada AODD unit delivers non-lubricated, stall-free performance to ensure clean operation in sanitary processing rooms. Capable of output flow rates up to 156 GPM while passing suspended solids up to 5/16”, the NDP-50BSE-FDA AODD pump provides a leak-proof, shear-sensitive, and fully compliant liquid handling solution for food and beverage production, hot liquid batching, pharmaceutical processing, and plant sanitation.
