The Yamada NDP-800BSC NPT is a heavy-duty, ultra-high-capacity 3-inch air-operated double diaphragm pump built for demanding industrial fluid transfer. Equipped with female 3-inch NPT threaded connections, it provides a secure, leak-free connection ideal for threaded piping systems and high-volume fluid lines. Constructed with a corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel housing and rugged Neoprene (C) diaphragms, this robust pump delivers exceptional chemical durability, dynamic sealing, and mechanical strength for general industrial use.
Powered by Yamada’s patented, oil-free C-Spool air-valve technology with a built-in reset button, the NDP-800BSC guarantees reliable, stall-free operation without requiring regular air motor lubrication or constant maintenance downtime. Capable of delivering maximum flow rates in excess of 300 GPM while handling suspended solids up to 13/32” (10 mm), this seal-less liquid handling unit is an ideal choice for wastewater processing, sludge transfer, latex handling, and abrasive liquid transfer across harsh industrial environments.
