The Yamada NDP-800BSH is a heavy-duty, ultra-high-capacity 3-inch air-operated double diaphragm pump engineered for high-volume fluid transfer and severe mechanical duty. Equipped with female 3-inch ANSI Flange connections, it integrates smoothly into heavy-duty threaded piping systems for leak-free, high-throughput operation. Featuring a cast 316 stainless steel housing paired with high-performance Hytrel (TPEE) diaphragms, this pump delivers exceptional structural integrity, superior flex fatigue resistance, and excellent performance in handling non-aggressive liquids, mild abrasives, and high-cycle industrial applications.

Driven by Yamada’s patented, oil-free C-Spool air-valve technology with an external reset button, the NDP-800BSH guarantees reliable, stall-free startup and low-maintenance operation without requiring air motor lubrication. Delivering maximum flow rates exceeding 300 GPM while passing suspended solids up to 13/32” (10 mm), this seal-less liquid handling unit is an ideal choice for slurry transfer, flexographic ink handling, industrial wastewater processing, and high-demand fluid circulation.
