The Yamada NDP-80BAN is an industrial-grade 3-inch air-operated double diaphragm pump engineered for high-volume transfer of petroleum products, lubricants, fuel, oils, and general-purpose industrial fluids. Featuring standard ANSI Flange connections for direct, leak-free pipe integration, this heavy-duty pump pairs a lightweight, durable cast Aluminum body with highly resilient Buna-N (Nitrile) diaphragms and seals. This material configuration offers excellent resistance to oils and grease, dependable mechanical abrasion resistance, and cost-effective performance across demanding plant applications.

Driven by Yamada’s patented, oil-free C-Spool air-valve technology, this reliable AODD unit guarantees stall-free, non-lubricated operation under continuous duty cycles. Capable of output flow rates up to 215 GPM while passing suspended solids up to 13/32”, the NDP-80BAN provides a seal-less, explosion-proof fluid handling solution suited for bulk oil distribution, petrochemical transfer, plant utility maintenance, and general fluid management.
